Strength & Conditioning
Strengthening especially for runners: stability, muscle balance, injury prevention, and better running economy for road, trail, and ultra events.
Hyrox
Build overall strength and endurance to support intensity, better fatigue management, and injury prevention, aiming for consistent performance from start to finish.
